RULES OF THE PROGRAM
● To receive a complimentary gift with your Subscribe & Save order simply ensure that each subscription order is $50+ and processed between the 1st and 15th of the subscription month to include the free gift.
● GIFTS are randomly selected and may include: New Products, Limited Edition Products, Gift Cards, Accessories, L+B Skin Care or RealHer Makeup. Your order just might be one of the lucky ones to receive a crazy amazing EXTRA gift!!
● Qualifying Subscription discount is applied to Retail Price. Special offers and discounted bundles are excluded.
● Multiple S & S orders within the same month will receive a free gift based on each individual subscription qualifying S&S order amount.
● Advance to 20% or 30% by the number of subscription months, not the number of orders placed.
● After 7 consecutive monthly subscription orders totaling $50 or more your discount will increase to 20% or 30%, respectively for customer or Brand Partner, in the seventh month.
Example: Subscriptions may be extended to once every 3 months. After seven-3 month S&S orders you will qualify to advance to 20% | 30%
Example: If you place 7 Subscription orders in any one month, of any amount, this does not qualify to advance to 25% or 30%

The Beauty Insider is a rewards program for customers and Brand Partners who enroll their favorite products into Subscribe & Save to ship monthly, bi-monthly or once every 3 months. This subscription unlocks amazing perks at no additional cost. No long-term commitment. Cancel anytime.
● HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE BEAUTY INSIDER PROGRAM?
You may enroll into the Beauty Insider program through Brand Partner’s personal website or through the Lordeandbelle.com website. Add at least 1 product to Subscribe + Save either monthly, bi-monthly or once every 3 months. You’ll be asked to provide standard enrollment information, including a valid credit card. Make sure you set the ship date before 15th of the month to qualify the free gift.
● IF I’M CURRENTLY A LORDE + BELLE CUSTOMER, HOW DO I UPGRADE TO A BEAUTY INSIDER?
You can upgrade your account at any time by selecting 1 or multiple products as a Subscribe + Save order and make sure you set the ship date before 15th of the month to qualify the free gift. If you have questions or need assistance, please reach out to us at

● HOW DO I MANAGE MY BEAUTY INSIDER ACCOUNT?
As a Beauty Insider, you will be identified by your email address and the password you select. You must log in to identify yourself as a Beauty Insider in order to access your account, which allows you to update your subscription order, billing or other information on file with Lorde + Belle.
● CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You may change your subscription order or shipment date up to three days prior to scheduled shipment by logging in to your Beauty Insider account. (possibly add picture of what that looks like)
● DO I HAVE TO RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCTS EVERY SHIPMENT?
You can change the products in your shipment by simply logging into your Beauty Insider account and updating your Beauty Insider cart details.
● WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
No problem, if you cancel your subscription, you will no longer receive your discount on future orders. You can restart anytime with the 15% | 25% discount. If you cancel after 7th month subscription order, you can restart anytime with the 15% | 25% discount.
● WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT METHOD IS DECLINED?
You will receive an email from our Customer Support team letting you know we weren’t able to process your order. You’ll be asked to update your billing information by logging into your Beauty Insider account and your order will be processed. If your order is not processed after 14 days, your order will be cancelled.
● HOW DO I CANCEL MY BEAUTY INSIDER MEMBERSHIP?
Simply cancel your subscription order by logging in to your account to cancel your Beauty Insider membership. Canceling your membership discontinues
program rewards benefits.
