Lorde and Belle, Inc. Brand Partner Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Lorde and Belle, Inc. Brand Partner Affiliate Program. By participating in our affiliate
program, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them
carefully before registering.
1. Eligibility
1.1 To become a Lorde and Belle affiliate, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of
entering into a legally binding contract.
1.2 There is no cost, business kit, or annual fee required to join our affiliate program.
1.3 This program is open to individuals worldwide, unless prohibited by local laws, with the
exception of Lorde and Belle employees and their immediate family members.
2. Registration
2.1 You may register to become an affiliate through our website or designated affiliate
platform.
2.2 Upon successful registration, you will receive a unique affiliate link, QR code, and
discount code to promote Lorde and Belle products to your network.
2.3 Your unique affiliate link, QR code, and discount code are personal and cannot be
transferred to another individual or entity without express written consent from Lorde and
Belle.
3. Compensation Plan
3.1 Direct Sales Commission: As an affiliate, you will receive 50% of the total sales value
from purchases made using your unique affiliate link or QR code.
3.2 Referral Commission: If you recruit other affiliates who register using your affiliate link
or QR code, you will receive 8% of the total sales generated by those affiliates.
3.3 Discount Code: After registration, you will also receive a unique discount code to share
with your network of followers or customers. Purchases made using this discount code will
count toward your total sales.
3.4 Lifetime Sales Credit: Once a customer buys using your link, QR code, or discount code,
all future purchases by that same customer (using the same email address) will be
credited to you, even if they do not use your link, QR code, or discount code for subsequent
purchases. This lifetime credit will remain in effect without any time limit or cookie
expiration.
4. Commission Payments
4.1 Commissions will be calculated and paid on a weekly basis. Payment will be issued
before the following Friday for sales completed in the prior week.
4.2 Payments will be issued via [PAYPAL], and it is your responsibility to ensure accurate
and up-to-date payment information is provided during registration.
4.3 A minimum commission threshold of $50 must be met for payment to be disbursed. If the
minimum threshold is not met, commissions will roll over to the following week until the
threshold is reached.
4.4 Lorde and Belle reserves the right to adjust commission structures in the future with 30
days’ written notice.
5. Marketing and Promotion
5.1 As an affiliate, you are encouraged to share your affiliate link, QR code, and discount
code across personal networks, websites, and social media platforms in compliance with all
applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
5.2 All marketing and promotional efforts must adhere to the highest standards of ethics and
integrity. Affiliates may not engage in the following prohibited activities:
• Spamming or sending unsolicited messages
• Making false or misleading claims about Lorde and Belle products
• Using unauthorized advertising materials or branding assets
• Engaging in any fraudulent or manipulative behavior to generate commissions
5.3 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their promotional efforts comply with the
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines for affiliate marketing, including proper
disclosure that they are earning commissions from sales.
6. Affiliate Relationship
6.1 Independent Contractor Status: By participating in the affiliate program, you
acknowledge that you are acting as an independent contractor. You are not an employee,
agent, partner, or legal representative of Lorde and Belle, Inc., and your participation in the
program does not create any form of employment or partnership relationship.
6.2 You are not authorized to make statements, promises, or representations on behalf of
Lorde and Belle beyond those stated in our marketing materials or provided directly by the
company.
6.3 You are responsible for your own tax obligations, including self-employment taxes, and
Lorde and Belle will not withhold any taxes on your behalf. It is your responsibility to report
all income earned through the affiliate program in compliance with local tax laws.
7. Affiliate Responsibilities
7.1 As an affiliate, you are solely responsible for your marketing activities and compliance
with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
7.2 Affiliates must follow best practices when promoting Lorde and Belle products and
should avoid any promotional methods that could harm the brand’s reputation.
7.3 You agree to indemnify and hold Lorde and Belle harmless from any claims, damages, or
losses arising out of your marketing activities, including legal fees and expenses incurred by
Lorde and Belle.
8. Termination of Agreement
8.1 Lorde and Belle reserves the right to terminate your participation in the affiliate program
at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to any violation of these terms or
engagement in prohibited practices.
8.2 If your participation is terminated, any pending commissions will be forfeited unless
otherwise agreed upon in writing by Lorde and Belle.
8.3 You may terminate your participation in the affiliate program at any time by providing
written notice to Lorde and Belle. Any outstanding commissions will be paid in accordance
with these terms.
9. Modification of Terms
9.1 Lorde and Belle reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, including the
affiliate compensation plan, at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or
through the affiliate portal at least 30 days prior to the changes taking effect.
9.2 Continued participation in the program after modifications have been made will constitute
acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Affiliates must maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared by
Lorde and Belle during the course of the program, including but not limited to marketing
strategies, product pricing, and business plans.
10.2 Affiliates may not use or disclose confidential information for personal gain or to
compete with Lorde and Belle.
11. Limitation of Liability
11.1 Lorde and Belle will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
arising from your participation in the affiliate program, including but not limited to lost
profits or revenue, even if Lorde and Belle has been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
11.2 Lorde and Belle’s total liability for any claim arising out of this agreement will not
exceed the total commission earned by the affiliate in the preceding 12 months.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any disputes arising from the affiliate program will be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the courts in the State of California.
Acknowledgment
By registering and participating in the Lorde and Belle Affiliate Program, you acknowledge
that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
