WHAT IS A BEAUTY INSIDER?

When you join the Lorde + Belle Beauty Insider Program, you
become a Beauty Insider. Beauty Insiders earn product credit towards future purchases.

WHAT IS THE BEAUTY INSIDER PROGRAM?

The Beauty Insider Program is a program that rewards members
with product credit, free shipping on orders of $100 or more, optional autoship deliveries every 60 days with the flexibility to change products and shipment dates, as well as a complimentary birthday gift. You can enroll in the Beauty Insider Program for an annual fee of $29 USD.

HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE BEAUTY INSIDER PROGRAM?

You may enroll in the Beauty Insider program through a Lorde +
Belle Brand Partner’s personal website or through the Lorde + Belle website at the time of checkout for a non-refundable $29 enrollment fee. Your initial order must total a minimum of $100 to receive 20% off your first order and free shipping. You’ll be asked to provide the required enrollment information, including a valid credit card.

IF I’M CURRENTLY A LORDE + BELLE CUSTOMER, HOW DO I UPGRADE TO A BEAUTY INSIDER?

If you are an existing customer and would like to upgrade to a
Beauty Insider, you can upgrade your account at the time of checkout. If you have questions or need assistance, please reach out to us at

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF THE BEAUTY INSIDER PROGRAM?

$100, and earn product credits for use on future purchases equal to 25% of the product order subtotal (excluding enrollment fee, tax, shipping, product credits, or discounts applied to the subtotal). We’ll also send you a complimentary birthday gift!

HOW DO I MANAGE MY BEAUTY INSIDER ACCOUNT?

As a Beauty Insider, you will be identified by your email address and the password you selected when you enrolled in the Beauty Insider
Program. Upon entering the Lorde + Belle website or your Brand Partner’s Personal Website, you must log in to identify yourself as a Beauty Insider inorder to view and access your account, which allows you to update your order, billing or other information on file with Lorde + Belle.

HOW DO I EARN PRODUCT CREDIT?

Product Credits are earned on applicable Beauty Insider
enrollment orders and applicable orders made by Beauty Insider during the program terms. Earn product credits for use on future purchases made as a Beauty Insider equal to 25% of the product order subtotal paid by Beauty Insider on each order (excluding enrollment fee, tax, shipping, product credits, or discounts applied to the subtotal).

CAN PRODUCT CREDIT BE REDEEMED ON ALL PRODUCTS?

Yes. You can use your product credit on all Lorde + Belle products.
However, product credit cannot be applied towards a Beauty Insider Membershipor Brand Partner Enrollment fee. Product Credit cannot be used towards shipping or taxes.

DOES MY PRODUCT CREDIT EXPIRE?

Product credit expires six months from the date earned. Product
credit is not refundable, transferable, or redeemable for cash value. Beauty Insiders can view when product credit expires by logging into their Beauty Insider account.

DO I HAVE TO SPEND ALL OF MY PRODUCT CREDIT ON ONE ORDER?

No. You can use any amount of your Product Credit on the
subtotal of an order. The remaining Product Credit balance in your account will expire on the original expiration date of six months from the date of issuance.

IF I MADE A PURCHASE USING PRODUCT CREDIT AND RETURN IT, HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

If you paid for your order using a combination of Product Credit
and other forms of payment, the Product Credit portion will be refunded first, and goes back into your Beauty Insider account. This Product Credit will have a new six-month expiration date. Any remaining funds to be refunded will be returned to the form of payment used.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OF MY AUTO-SHIP?

You may change your subscription order or shipment date up to
three days prior to scheduled shipment by logging in to your Beauty Insider account.

DO I HAVE TO RECEIVE THE SAME PRODUCTS EVERY SHIPMENT?

You can change the products in your shipment by simply logging
into your Beauty Insider account and updating your Beauty Insider cart details.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY BEAUTY INSIDER ORDERS I CAN PLACE IN ONE MONTH?

You may place as many Beauty Insider orders as you would like
during a single month.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT METHOD IS DECLINED?

You will receive an email from our Customer Support team letting
you know we weren’t able to process your order. You’ll be asked to update your billing information by logging into your Beauty Insider account and your order will be re-processed.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY BEAUTY INSIDER MEMBERSHIP?

Email support@lordeandbelle.com if you would like to cancel your membership. Your $29 enrollment fee is good for one year and nonrefundable. Canceling your membership discontinues your
benefits of the program.

WHAT IS THE COST TO JOIN AS A BEAUTY INSIDER?

The Beauty Insider Enrollment fee is $29 USD for a one-year
membership from the time of purchase. The Beauty Insider membership can be renewed on an annual basis for $29.
