His stellar reputation led him and his family to Southern California, where he was quickly able to gain a foothold in the market, securing retail accounts with HSN, Macys, Neiman Marcus and other major beauty retailers. Bill has built a global portfolio of notable beauty companies, with reputable brands regularly seeking his guidance and expertise in many areas, from product development to packaging and distribution. While successful in his other brands, Bill desired to create a path where others could thrive. He was introduced to the direct sales business model and was instantly intrigued. Bill spent years researching and seeking advice from leaders in the channel before he created Lorde + Belle. As founder of Lorde + Belle, Bill focuses on the company strategy and has a heavy focus on new product development, working with scientists, dermatologists and industry experts around the world. His desire to create a skincare line includes three key elements – products developed by science with innovation at the forefront, products with safety in mind and adhering to EU standards, and products with high active ingredients that really work. With his background in building great brands and developing products that work, his passion led him to create Lorde + Belle, a social-selling company designed to empower, educate and elevate our field of Brand Partners. Bill lives in Orange County, California with his wife and two children.
